How many illnesses are incureable?

As more and more people are diagnosed having Diabetes and glaucoma (two incurable diseases) all over the world, the percentage of such people is shooting up day by day. At present scenario, about 40% of total world population in rough estimate are afflicted in the above two deadly diseases.
