How did Alfred Stieglitz die?

"Seven years later, on February 18, 1902, he died suddenly in New York City, having just returned from a walk. His body is buried beside his parents in the Rural Cemetery of New Bedford, Massachusetts.[3]"

That is a quote from Wikipedia. Notice the "he died suddenly" part. That proves that his reason for death is undecided.
