Where to get a bike in ruby destiny?

There are three different Ruby Destiny games - Reign of Legends (#1), Rescue Rangers (#2) and Life of Guardians (#3).

I haven't played Life of Guardians (my sister does, so she should know if you can actually get a bike or not), and I don't exactly think you can get it in Rescue Rangers, because RR is virtually Pokemon Mystery Dungeon -___-" In Reign of Legends, you get it in Destral City (AKA the place where you find all the contest halls).
