The removed cells will stay gone, but the remaining fat cells in the body will grow larger. Sometimes people get huge arms or fat faces after having liposuction to their legs or torso or they are left with loose skin where the fat was removed. Many people try to fix this and pay for more surgery, losing even more work time, but the most tragic of all is that some people are disabled or dead due to liposuction.
