Does SiS651 chipset support 1680x1050 VGA desired for upgrading to 22 or 24 inch LCD widescreen monitor Microsoft Windows XP Home?

I suppose the answer is that I don't really know but am looking for the same.

In any case the hardware does support it as I have no problem running this resolution under Ubuntu. (My Kit is the original Asus Pundit)
