Who is Charles P Morganti in the 1970s?

Charles Morrganti was a Professional Motor Cycle Road Racer for "Yamaha International " # 1 in the State of Florida in points and number 2 in National AMA in 1976. He also was #1 in WERA (Western Eastern Road Racing Association) for 3 years. NML leader and champion hero at his home track leading almost every race he entered by lapping the field of other riders. He was State Champion for 2 years although lost a state champion race by inches from engine failure in a spectacular finish to team mate Randy Ritchman.
