How many times does a person dial 911 in their lifetime?

Some methods of approaching this problem include 1.) Taking the number of calls/dividing by the population, then multiplying by the average lifespan, But current studies also show that up to 40% of 911 calls are accidental or Butt Dials. A good answer should include this fact. So far I have not found one online.
