How do you get more shifts at work?

first step is to politely kiss up to the boss! second you must have intercourse with his wife, therefor he must give you more shifts cause you own him. if that doesn't work you have to make sure some of the the other workers aren't "able" to come to work, wink wink you know where thats headed! then you offer to pick up there shifts!
