Why is Google Chrome not working?

Okay, I would LOVE to answer your question. Okay this happened to me BEFORE. I pressed the start button. Where it says search programs and files type in un than somewhere u see unninstall google chrome. Than I installed it again. Did not work. Some days past I installed it it worked.
