What do peregrine falcons do with eggs that fail to hatch?

When a Peregrine Falcons eggs fail to hatch a mom puts its eggs in a place where other eagles try to get the eggs...Then the eagles get the eggs and go to their nest and eat the eggs that will not hatch.!.!.
