What did Settlers and American Indians fight over?

They fought over about some land owning because of Peter Minuit he kind of tricked the Lenape Indians to buy Manhattan from them for $24 or maybe they fought about Europeans destroying the nature because Native Americans really appriciate nature but the Europeans didn't really. hope this information is useful enough. :)
