A chonga is a girl that has a bad attitude and wears big hooped earrings. They also wear tight jeans and are USUALLY Cuban. They wear lipliner almost 24/7 and wear tight hairstyles usually held with a lot of gel. Hialeah, Florida is where you would commonly find them. Tight, short clothing is their favorite and they speak with an exaggerated Cuban accent.
