What happens when a creature with indestructible encounters another creature with deathtouch in a battle?

Judging by the name, obviously the indestructible creature will be beaten by the creature with the deathtouch. It's because no matter how indestructible the creature is, the one with the deathtouch will always be able to beat it because deathtouch will instantly kill anything it touches.
