What are the disadvantages to being a motorcycle mechanic?

Poor pay. Too many scooters. and Weird customers. When you get back from turning wrenches at your job, you probably won't feel like turning wrenches on your own bikes. You'll only have your job for half the year, unless it also includes working on snowmobiles and snowblowers. =)
