What is the only stage of an animal life cycle that can reproduce?

There are three distinct stages in the life cycle of an animal:

• Pre-reproductive or Juvenility
• Reproductive
• Post-reproductive or Senescence

As the name suggests, it is only during the Reproductive phase that the animal can reproduce.
