Personal selling is an persuasive art of face to face communication to offer product or services as mutual benefit both to the buyer and seller to fit the flexible motive.,mood and behavior to make a sale.It clarifies all doubts and builds up a trust .

The disadvantages are that it has a little market audience and often despite the persuasive manner and personality of the sales person it fails to convince the buyer to fit the mood,motive and behavior to make a sale.
