Uhm...I'm sorry, but there is no such Word as 'rezu' in the english dictionary. I believe your question was meant to be 'What does rezu mean in English?' and for that matter, 'rezu' means lesbian. Or, if that's not the entire Word and you meant 'rezun', it means raisin. Hope I helped =)
