115 lbs is healthy weight for a 16 year old female who is 5'5 (I know this because ive checked for myself) I don't think you should lose weight, your the perfect size. But to lose weight all you have to do is fill yourself up on stuff that is lower in calories, like salads and fruit boiled or baked chicken, tuna, stuff like that but make sure to take vitamins to keep your system in check.
You are the perfect weight, there is no need for you to loose weight because your high correspons correct with your weight :D
