Can an upstairs floor hold the 150kg weight of a Punch Man?

A well built floor in good condition should cope with a 150kg point load. This is no more than some pieces of furniture or even some people weigh. Also, a "Punch man" is "dead load, which means the weight is not moving (that is called a live load). A live load puts more load onto the building, because it has forces of acceleration beyond that of gravity.
