A thirteen year old boy/girl should be consuming 1200 to 1600 calories per day, depending on weight and height, you should try to eat healthy and do regular exersize (60 minutes per day) but of course you can treat yourself to a little sweety now and then. I would not recomend eating less as you are still growing and your bones, skin, hair ect. Need nutrients! :) hope that helps, and yeh i am thirteen and i always eat healthy i eat about 800 calories per day and i am fine i am 6 and a half stone and 5ft 3 ! :)
