What is FIGO Grade 1?

Figo grading is as follows:

Grade 1: <5% of the tumor is solid

Grade 2: 5-50% of the tumor is solid

Grade 3: >50% of the tumor is solid

Nuclei which are highly pleomorphic bump the grading up one grade. For instance if you are grade 1 by amount of solid tumor, and have bad nuclei, then you are bumped up to Grade 2.
