Fish cannot survive in outerspace. Fish's gills filter 02 (the same molecule we breathe)out of the water. This, along with any other matter, is not found in outerspace. Even if fish could supply themselves with oxygen in outerspace the vacuum would cause them to expand and die. If they created someway to solve this problem (Fish are quite resourceful), the radiation of stars would also kill them. Yes Fish can live in outer space. Fish breathe using water to transform into oxygen so only if there's water outer space which is a possibility.
