Not likely. The developers have been asked this and said no before. That said, it wouldn't be the first game to have a sequel developed years later after the developers saying otherwise. That's why most developers now answer with 'no immediate plans' as opposed to just 'no' like in this case... anyways... public outcry tends to help... between the public demands and those of the developers of many games companies and publishers have eventually allowed sequels. Just look at the likes of Final Fantasy 7 and Beyond Good and Evil (eventually).
