How do you reset lucky wonder pup?

To reset lucky simply turn his switch to off and then back to on..he should respond to lucky again..(to be honest we tried this and it didnt work) If Lucky is still not behaving press and hold the remane switch until the dog says "hello"..continue holding switch until he barks three times then release the button. He will respond to lucky again. If Lucky still does not respond try changing the batteries or contacting info@zizzle.com
