depends how strong the concertas are and how high you wanna get id recommend taking 6-8 and if your sniffing em 3-4

Concerta is a stimulant treatment for children and adults who suffer from ADD/ADHD.

Concerta contains methylphenldate just like Ritalin but in a special hard capsule that delivers the first 22% of the dosage from its dissolvable coating, the remaining 72% is slowly pushed out of a lazer drilled hole in the top of the capsule in a toothpaste like form over a 10 to 12 hour period by the expanding action of an osmotic sponge in the bottom of the capsule, then the empty capsule is later expelled in your stool/poop.

The design of the hard capsule has two purposes

A- To give a stable controlled dosage over a greater period of time

B- To make the medication more difficult to abuse and increase safety.

C-To double the cost of the medication (OK that's just me complaining)

Blood volume, brain chemistry and metabolism are the basic determining factors for what dose is ineffective, effective or "high".

Concerta is available in 18mg, 27mg, 36mg, 54mg and 72mg extended release capsules.

Seriously though, I am an adult that struggles daily with ADD, I have a legitimate prescription for Concerta and take it daily to help with symptoms, my current 36mg dose has become ineffective over time and my doctor will be very reluctant to up my dosage to 54mg because of abusers looking to get high, so smarten up, you are making things more difficult for people that really need this stuff.
