Where is upstairs ardougne and rellekka in RuneScape?

You should be more specific when asking a question like this in future ( saves confusion ).

Rellekka can be reached by following the path between Camelot Castle ( Camelot teleport ) and Seers Village all the way.

And upstairs Ardougne means you need to go upstairs of a house in Ardougne.
