What are the causes of drops of oil coming out of the tailpipe on a 1987 crown Victoria with a 302?

drops of oil coming out of the tail pipe can be caused by a busted motot block broke rings cracked head or head gasget

i had the same problem , it was the PCV valve out of it's oil seal and there was a leak also in the manifold that was absorbing oil from around the PCV while kicking the gas ,

after i changed the PCV and tighten the manifold its over and the engine became great.
