Who owns Alltel POTS lines?

As of my last update, Alltel's POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines are owned by Lumen Technologies, Inc., which acquired Alltel's landline assets in 2009. Lumen, formerly known as CenturyLink, operates these legacy telephone services under its own brand.
