Does a BMW 535i have an V8 engine?

Currently, no. The current 535i model has a 3.0 liter, straight six engine that comes with BMW's Twin-power Turbo.

However, it appears that the 1996 - 2003 535i model had a V8 engine, but I am not sure if it was offered in the US.
