I have seen two photos of the singer Charles Mann who sings Say you Love Me too Is he a white or black guy?

Charles Mann is (was)a Black R&B singer from Decatur Ga. USA....He co-wrote along with Dave Crawford the hit record "I like to live to love" for B.B. King and was involve in the productions of Jackie Moore's early hits just to name a few.....he's Excellent piano player as well as a singer.
