How many types of discharges are there?

There are generally three main types of discharges: discharge by condition, where a party is released from their obligations due to specific conditions being met; discharge by performance, which occurs when a party fulfills their contractual duties; and discharge by breach, where one party fails to meet their obligations, allowing the other party to terminate the contract. Additionally, there are other forms like discharge by mutual agreement or by operation of law, but the three mentioned are the most fundamental.
