How do you get high scores on Bejeweled 2?

Get hypercubes. Try to keep them as low as possible out of the way. Don't create bombs unless you are running out of moves and need to shake things up a bit. They usually end up causing more harm by destroying your hypercubes. NEVER use a hypercube on a hypercube as you lose all of them!

There is a bug in the game where scoring disappears. This happened to me when I hit 1.5 billion. I've been playing this one game for nearly 10 years and this just happened to me. Level 439. :( A bit bummed.
