Sample of excuse letter for being late?

For school if you're late, for home if you're in trouble or for any other reason whatsoever, there are loads of excuses to fob you off but you must learn to take the blame sometimes and realise that what you did is wrong by taking a punishment(however harsh) for you're actions.
