No! not even with a works permit, however u could change ur birth year on a copied birth certificate and white out the year, find a document with the exact text cut it out paste tape it in the white out space make a copy and GO GET U A JOB!! It woked for my sis and I and friends as well. hey u got to do what u got to do! just sayin
