What is plural form of James?

Regarding people's names, if the name is naturally spelt with an( s )at the end like "James", then you only put an apostrophe ( ' ) without another( s )so the plural of James will be James' not James's. ... However, I heard there is an exception if your continuing the sentence than it is acceptable. (But spell check says its wrong)
