How do you get Licklucky in Pokemon Diamond?

Lickilicky is a Normal type Pokemon who first appeared in the fourth generation and is the evolved form of Lickitung. The only way to obtain it is to level up a Lickitung that knows the move Rollout, causing it to evolve.
