There are many options for shaving that delicate area between a guys legs. The obvious answer is to shave like you would your face, but this requires daily upkeep since the regrowing hair can begin to itch tremendously and may also cause ingrown hairs. So a razor isn't the most comfortable option, but on the other hand it will give the smoothest and most hygienic look. Other options are creams and electric trimmers. Creams may cause an allergic reaction, and trimmers... well they only trim, so no smooth feeling.

If you were looking for a "how to" while using a razor then its simple. Its just like shaving your face, but you just have to pull the loose skin taught. Remember, razors were meant to be pulled across the sin without cutting (but I'd still recommend a woman's razor since it will be a a little bit better for that sensitive skin)
