Can you find a trainer with a monferno in platinum?

Yes I believe there is actually a trainer on Route 212 who has a Monferno on route 212 the Pokemon rainger double bttle have one

p.s. go down from hearthome. right when you walk south and it starts raining the double rangers are the first ones youll see. :D also if you never seen a leafeon and a marill they will be the other trainers Pokemon. the trainer with monferno only has monferno.
