How do you by pass blocked site?

generally if you open command prompt (the black box thingy) and type in (no quotes) "ping www.whateverwebsiteyouwant.com", the IP address should show up. it looks something like this 13.123.14.431 or something. if you just type that number into the website bar instead of the name, it should allow you to go to that site. If it doesnt work, your school may have blocked the ip address as well.

Sometimes your school wont really let you open command prompt. to get past this, open notepad. type in the three letters cmd. go to file and click save as. change the file type to all files and for the name type in "whatever".bat . IT MUST BE .bat. save it to wherever and click on your newly created file. there is command prompt.
