What is pm care?

PM care is often used interchangeably with HS care. The difference lays in the timing of the care delivered. HS care is the routine that is followed immediately prior to closing one's eyes; the care that helps induce rest. PM care may be given at any time a client wishes to ready him/herself for bed, and does not necessarily preceed laying down for the night.
