Answer it honestly, but intelligently. For example, don't say "I liked chasing boys (or girls), getting out of school for snow days, and having substitute teachers. Instead say, "Being a social person I liked dating and being a member of several clubs, the breaks from the routine on unexpected days off, like snow days, and I especially enjoyed the chance to learn from some of my more innovative and creative teachers."

Of course, that is just an example. You will want to say what it was that you liked best in a way that presents you in the best way possible to the interviewer. You should also make it relevant to the position you are applying for. If you are applying for a position that is routine day after day, it is probably not good to say you liked the breaks in your routine, for example.
