According to the factory service manual for the 1986-99 XR200R, maximum power is 19.0 PS (18.73 BHP) at 9000 RPM. Maximum torque is 12.3 FT-LB at 7000 PRPM.

With standard gearing, (13 tooth engine chain drive sprocket) 7000 RPM is about 55 MPH and 9000 RPM is 70 MPH.
