so... how old are you? if you are under 10, then she wants to check if your testicles is all right... if you are above 10, then you should tell your dad since a mom usually cannot touch a boy that is 10+'s penis. I mom checked my testicles when I was 6-7, and she stopped since I was 8 and my dad usually check mine instead.
