Where is the hole in the room for finding Boris's nephews in webkinz world?

There's an arrow on the top right corner of the room pointing down into a hole. There are multiple arrows so don't get confused. Go down the hole and explore the first room. You will find a nephew. Go into the second room's entrance, and you will find another nephew. I know you need 3, but I have only found 2... hope this helps, though!
