They don't: there's no normal reason for a rabbit of either sex to bleed. If your rabbit is bleeding, go to a vet. See the related question below for details.
Sometimes a rabbit's urine is reddish and that doesn't mean it's bleeding. Rabbit urine can change colour depending on the weather, stress levels, dehydration, what foods they've eaten, etc.
