How do you tell your mom you have period?

that's easy all you have to do is say mum can i speak to you for a sec. but make sure that she's free and not in the middle of something. it helps not only you but the people surrounding you. be confident and go for it. honesty is the best polisy. don't be afraid! you can do it!!! if your mums an angus then don't even try but tell your mum because you will find having your period easier with your mum right there helping you!
