What is oil viscosity for 68 dodge 4 speed transmission?

My '72 manual says to use DEXRON auto trans fluid in a 4-speed. It also notes that if objectional gear rattle at idle is apparent, the trans can be filled with Multi-Purpose Gear Lubricant SAE 140.
