What is the difference between a fish and a tortoise?

there are quite a few differences between fish and tortoises some of these include: one has a shell one has scales one has no legs one has fins one can swim one cant leave water or it will die one lives on land (see if you can guess which is which) what are you on about?? there are no differences!
