Does Tylonol PM have Benadryl in it?

According to my pharmacist, yes. I have a reaction to Benadryl that makes me jumpy and my body itch and my legs twitchy. I got the same reaction with Tylenol PM. I can't take it, which stinks because sometimes I have trouble sleeping.
