Do people really win or is these people that are given a sum of money to advertise for PCH?

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) does award prizes to legitimate winners through their sweepstakes. While they do advertise their prizes as a marketing strategy, there are real winners who receive the announced rewards. It is not the case that all winners are paid to advertise for PCH.
